A wake will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 at 3:30-4:30 in the chapel of Ashley's Lee & Rollins Funeral Home. Mr. McLaughlin will lie in state on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 10AM at Mt. Tabor A.M.E.
